Sautéd broccoli, red onion, red bell pepper, zucchini, garlic, carrot & tofu, Thai peanut coconut sauce, a hint of curry, and brown rice. This burrito is the epitome of my ideal restaurant, one that creates a unique dish that makes it their own. Kind of a wet burrito, yet still easy enough to eat in the foil without a mess. One of the best and most unique burritos I’ve ever had. #veganisnotscary
