Happy #midautumn aka #mooncake festival 🥮🥮🥮 Gotta keep it classic with the baked mooncake + lotus seed paste filling + double “salted egg yolk” combo. Instead of using salted duck eggs, the yolks are made with carrot so they’re a tad crumbly and dry but not as oily. It still manages to retain the traditional taste that I love with just the right amount of sweetness ✨🌝✨
