This was the lunch from Wednesday - lentil curry, stir fried vegetables and mixed salad on top of basmati rice and also a piece of chapati (forgot to take a photo of it).
The curry was very good as usual. In fact, there wasn't enough to go with both the rice and chapati ha. Not sure what the vegetable was but it was tasty. Another satisfying lunch from the meal delivery plan.
