We also shared this shredded chicken dish for our main with a side of Japanese rice. Was so impressed with this, the sauce was so tasty. The ‘chicken’ was lovely too, very crispy but I don’t think there was anything inside it, just chunks of batter. Still tasted amazing but would have liked more substance inside.
