i kid you not when i say that this bowl was PACKED - i could not mix anything without food falling out. for toppings, they offered mostly fresh vegetables and for protein, there's tofu, tempeh and mock minced meat (cant remember if it's vegan though). loved the variety and portion size 🤩 definitely filled me up!
