Absolutely insanely delicious! How is this vegan?! It’s so decadent and creamy. The flavor and texture are on point. It’s light and slightly sweet. The base is classic style cheesecake topped with cherry which is like cherry pie filling but just enough to add a hint of cherry sweetness without overdoing it. Also comes with a touch of whipped cream. I get this or the pumpkin cheesecake every time.
