right!! i have no idea what i was eating when i was eating that beancurd

but i really liked this dish! wish it could be simple tau kwa instead

I thought this was quite alright. I probably wouldn't go for it again though because the kitsune beancurd skin thingy was WAY too (almost artificial tasting?) sweet. Kind of like it was soaked in cherryade? Every other element in this soba was OK.
