If you're too lazy like me, these tinned kidney beans could do the trick. I prefer the organic version (even though it costs more) because these beans tend to stick together and the brine is almost always too thick. This ruins the texture of the beans. But the flavour is all there and if you're not fussy with your cooking, go for it.
