healthy combination of spinach, cauliflower and sliced almonds, but i could have done with a more flavorful dressing- it was very bland. would have also been nice if the roasted cauliflower was warm instead straight out of the fridge. for $21 i would have expected more. also the staff was clueless about vegan food and told me ‘we have nothing vegan here’. when i asked about a salad she said ‘you can’t have that if you’re very strict because it has many different vegetables in it’...?! was torn between laughing and crying..
