I love Simply Asia. Did you know that you can veganise a ton of their meals??? Just choose the tofu option, plain boiled rice & ask that your sauce be vegan. Boom, done! Picture above is rice, tofu, brinjals, aubergine, spinach, beans, & peppers in an amazing soy sauce. I eat the whole meal in one go even though it's huge. #greyton
