Really missing the organic vegetable hot pot from Mahota at Kitchener Road. This is such a beautiful space with organic food and generous proportions. The four colour bean curd and konyaku "seafood" are original creations. Vege galore with chinese mushrooms, enoki, brown mushrooms, spinach, cabbage, corn, tomatoes, bean curd and vermicelli noodles. The sauces are yum - ginger, wasabi, sesame, chillie, etc. The hot pot is good for one large eater or shared with a friend. Now only a memory...
