First time trying this and it was a good purchase! Used this for the coconut tofu tacos. Great taste and texture. I like that the pieces are small. I’ll definitely keep buying this since we like added coconut to oatmeal and overnight oats and now tofu!

Thank you!! I make most stuff from scratch as well. I do a panko coated tofu as well, never thought to put coconut in it. Thanks!
