Amazingggg! These are one of my favourite dishes to come out of Mowgli!
They're small crisp bread puff shells filled with chickpeas and a spiced vegan yoghurt, tamarind and coriander and topped with small crispy puri and pomegranate.
Instructions on how to eat are to put them whole in your mouth, hence the name "bombs" because there's an explosion of flavour!
I can't recommend these enough!
