Probably not the healthiest product given the ingredients are not even fully listed out. "Vegetable seasoning" can be interpreted in many ways. However, this is perfect to add to noodle soup dish when you are lazy and want to cheat a bit. It contains enough sodium already so I would avoid adding more seasoning in your dish.
