Review of Budae jjigae / Army stew at Daehwa Vegetarian by yamspotatoes

Very generous helping of army stew (including noodles) paired off with purple rice. 'Sausage' was quite authentic, while the vegetables and straw mushrooms gave a good 'crunch'. Soup base was sufficiently spicy to have some kick (with some cut chilli pieces) without leaving a burning sensation in the mouth. Love that this place supports having an inclusive workplace including hiring people with special needs.
