These are natural green noodles made from Moroheiya, considered a super green vegetable with similar nutrients as spinach. The Yakisoba is vegan and all other flavor packets are vegetarian. They also have a plain noodle instant pack as well. Easy and quick to cook, add some veggies and you’ve got a meal. I like adding fried garlic to my dried noodles.
