Crunchy seaweed tossed in fragrant sesame oil, garlic chips, creamy avocado with a hearty base of quinoa and refreshing colourful veggies. SO YUMMY AND FILLING. I honestly would not usually go for the veg option but my mom bought this for me and I love it! P.S. the furikake and tobiko toppings are not vegan but you can opt for alternatives. The avocado miso sauce was really delicious too!
