These Mexican Quesadillas are super delicious and quite filling. Inside the toasted tortillas you find some fried beans, caramelised onions, roasted tomato chili, homemade cheddar-style cheese. It will served with guacamole, tomato chili and cashew cream cheese sauce to dip in.
