This vegan shakshuka was incredible! There is never a disappointing mouthful when eating Chickpea! The fries are delicious, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Not too oily and drizzled with a sweet chilli sauce. I ordered extra and air fryed it the next day for lunch and it tasted just as great! A fresh salad with roasted chickpeas, inspired me to air fry my own chickpeas at home! The hummus is creamy and thick - never thought dipping chickpea into chickpea would be so satisfying. The vegan sausage was a nice texture, with a nicely spiced sauce. This all round meal is large for its price so very great value! Leftovers for the next day are a guarantee!
