Our 1 year anniversary vegan meal. Garlic bread, stir fry and then pancakes! We’ve tried the Mushroom Steak Burgers from Iceland before and found them way too overpowering and unusual in flavour to work as a burger by itself, but we tried them in a stir fry and they were perfect for it! They have such a strong and powerful flavour so work great like this and with marinades as they absorb all the flavours! Great texture for this type of cooking too. We will definitely use them like this again. Also I’ll write a post on the vegan pancake recipe later because they were AMAZING!
