This consisted of house-made walnut meatloaf, "butter"milk biscuit, and herb tofu, smothered in OTG Hollandaise. The amazing plant-based meatloaf appears in several places on the menu, is very tasty, and is highly recommended. This is a delicious vegan remake of a comfort food classic.
