As an Indonesian, I've witnessed and related to people's love towards Sate Padang. This meal veganized it perfectly. The satay has admirable texture, the sauce so savoury and spicy, making the lontong a.k.a rice cakes go well with it. Even my family finds it resembling the non-vegan version a lot! #jaan
