I can't remember what non-vegan sausages taste like but I don't think I was ever a fan. Ordered this just to try it out and because it's super cheap. 36 sausages for $8.
It tasted exactly like what I was expecting - of soy and with a chewy texture. Quick addition to lunches to boost nutritional content!
