One of my favorite dishes of all time! There is a lot going on flavor-wise. It’s is a complex and delicious dish. The cauliflower has a sweetness to it and the broth is just heavenly.

Pro-tip: If you like some heat and robust flavor add a side of hot chili garlic oil to it.
