Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. I really likes it at first, mostly because I was so excited about how nice the texture of the “beef” was, but it got too salty very fast. It was okay when I would eat all the different veggies and the “beef” together, but on its own it was waaaay too salty.
