Review of Vegetable Sashimi (Cold Dish) at Joie by hollya113

This is quite probably the most elaborate looking dish I have ever seen! First there is the oyster leaf tobacco shooter glass, both sweet and sour and the leaf really does tasty like the sea (never had oyster so can't be sure). The three types of 'sashimi' with wasabi are fantastic, my favourite was the carrot salmon. And there is also some aloe vera jellies. So intricate and all very yummy! 😋
