I’m not the biggest fan of Daiya cheeses, but their Mac n cheese is fantastic. It has a wonderfully creamy texture that is so often missing from vegan cheese dishes. It’s high-calorie and a little oily, so it’s best eaten as an occasional treat. #crittercreekfarmsanctuary
