Review of Avocado Hummus Toast at Haakon Superfoods and Juice by erl

Really loved the pink hummus: the flavour is Super full & the vibrant pink is Super social-media-worthy! I am a big fan of avocados (got to love vegan proteins!) and this wholesome toast with some extra vitamin/minerals provider of salad side is the perfect vegan go-to breakfast... the granola sprinkle on top makes a lovely presentation & nutrious finishing touch!! 🙌
