This is my go-to shredded coconut since it’s not too sweet. I love using it in baking since the shreds are quite small so they blend in well with cookies, cakes, and pies. It’s also yummy in yogurt and cereal. Sometimes I wish the shreds were a bit longer since it looks more like grated coconut when used as a garnish. Still looks pretty though.
