A lovely bowl with so many ingredients! A mix of quinoa and rice with fresh veggies such as broccoli, purple carrots, butternut squash, fresh spinach, radish, fried tofu, lentil sprouts and salted pumkinseeds. You can choose the dressing, I took the sesame source which was very tasty and creamy. It is a big portion!
