A fresh and delightful dish — I made it as part of their cooking class. I didn’t realize how healthy this is, since they don’t use any oil. There’s lots of fresh flavours which really give this dish the wow factor — one of the best
I’ve had in Thailand (likely because I deliberately didn’t put a crazy amount of chili in this!)
