It was the best vegan cheese I've ever had. We were served 2 different cheeses different in texture and consistency accompanied by a grilled zucchini and home-cooked curcumin bread, olives and roasted almond slices. AMAZING. Everyone shkuld have it at least once. Will definitely buy to gatherings at my house (the sell the cheese to go).
