These fresh rolls were cut in pieces like sushi and filled with fried tofu, cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, wrapped in soft rice paper rolls. They came with a delicious sweet peanut dip that was so good we scraped up every bit and put on our vegetable Pad Thai dinner because we didn't want to waste a drop!
