This delicious dish came with bean sprouts, scallions, carrots, cabbage, green beans, broccoli, mushrooms, baby corn, rice noodles and roasted diced peanuts on the side. They were happy to accommodate our vegan request and leave out the egg and fish sauce. We ordered two appetizers and then shared the vegetable Pad Thai. There were no leftovers but there was plenty for both of us. We will definitely order this again!
