Chocolate & Amaretto Parfait

Our love affair with Italian food is long-term. In 1965, a wise man called Peter Boizot knew pizza in London could be better. So he shipped over an authentic oven from Italy, opened the first-ever PizzaExpress and got to work serving the great pizza the UK deserved.

Pizza Express

I can not truly express how delicious this dessert is. The Parfait is a chocolately mousse on a biscuit base. I found my self doubting whether it was vegan because of how creamy it was. Honestly the best vegan dessert I've EVER tried and would recommend this to anyone over and over again.
