This is a Burmese dish made with tomato, turmeric sauce, cabbage, black sesame, crushed peanuts, lime, fried garlic, spring onion, coriander, chickpea powder, with yellow lentil noodles. It’s a portion that’s served cold, like a salad. Really refreshing but not a lot of strong flavours (I did ask for it not spicy and they happily put the chili on the side which is much appreciated).
