These sausages make for a perfect partner to a VBites Sunday roast and slathered with gravy. You can also add them to other classic British dishes such as bangers ‘n’ mash and toad in the hole. Their herbaceous flavour makes them suitable for Mediterranean dishes too – try these in an Italian casserole or in a sausage pasta bake.

Meat-Free Sage & Marjoram Sausages

Lovely herby flavour. 
Not at all like a meat sausage so if you're looking for a meat "replacement" then these might not be right, but for me these were perfect as part of s straightforward vegan breakfast.
