The *Vegan Brunch Special* is a generous portion of avocado crush on soft and chewy toasted sourdough bread. The red peppers are fresh, sweet, and plump, complementing extremely well with the savory and juicy sun-dried tomatoes. The black peppers on the parsley make it earthy. And the avocado is grilled atop the bread and is not at all oily. Will definitely come back for it again!
