Pretty rare to find veggie options at the Japanese stall in a food court, much less at a hospital (even though healthcare institutions should be leading the way in promoting plant-based diets). I liked the mushrooms and udon was soft and chewy but the sauce was a little too sweet for my liking. Also wish they'd added more veggies or even tofu for that price.
