This ice-cream was nice, but it wasn't amazing. But the experience of watching them make your ice-cream with liquid nitrogen is really cool. Mine was made with coconut milk and it was rolled with dark chocolate sauce. Great to have an option and I'd get it again, it just wasn't very lotus biscuity.
