What. A. Burger. This will blow your socks off. Impossible Patty (I went cooked medium), gouda, caramelized onion, mushrooms, kale, tomatoes, aioli. This place seems to have racked up a few accolades and I can see why. Recently made half the menu vegan, the other half is not.
