It has quinoa, wild rice, eggplant, onions, cherry tomatoes, purple cabbage, greens with crispy shallot (not as crispy as I would've expected) and cooked in coconut curry. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy. I need to mix the ingredients on the bowl so that I get a uniform curry taste. I enjoyed eating this!
