The tofu was the perfect texture - firm yet bouncy - and the sauce was the right combo of sweet and tangy. The bun was soft and fresh - it was exactly what I wanted. The best thing about Zenith is that they not only have excellent food (it’s vegan comfort food—they don’t overcomplicate it), but the ambiance and owners are AMAZING. The owners make you feel so comfortable!
