This is a really interesting Malaysian version of steamed rice rolls. It has a cashew mylk base curry soup with beancurd, asparagus, bean sprouts, mint, brinjal, eryngii mushrooms, torch ginger flower, and homemade chilli paste. It’s a big portion for a side dish but it’s really spicy, so beware! Very tasty overall.
