My go-to whenever the Bak Chor Mee craving hits and I always ask for extra vinegar – so cheap and good! $4 only 😋 Also finally confirmed with the staff their Mee Kia doesn't contain egg. In fact they are 全素 and don't use eggs in any of their dishes! There wasn't much minced meat but I was happy with the amount of well-marinated mushrooms and deep fried crunchy bits that were supposed to emulate pork lard. There was also a konnyaku roll thingy which I could do without.
