I was on a work trip when I discovered Taco Guild. It was once a church and has since been redesigned it into a gastropub. It is not a 100% Vegan or Vegetarian restaurant but they do offer a few options. I ordered a veggie taco, loaded with colorful veggies and a handmade corn tortilla. I also ordered chips and guac bc that is a must with any Mexican food. The array of salsas were complimentary.
