cedele's salad portions are always generous, and i love how they have quinoa and soba as bases instead of just romaine lettuce. they have a good selection of plant-based toppings too including protein options like beans, seeds and tofu. i got the roasted carrot ginger dressing which tasted a bit too sweet, will stick with the lime cashew next time
