This is one of two types of vegan ramen offered by this restaurant. The meal you receive is enormous for only $10 and while ramen noodles aren't necessarily healthy, this dish is packed to the brim with delicious vegetables. I HIGHLY recommend this dish, but remember to ask for it vegan, without the egg on top. #veganoutreach
