Such an explosion of incredible tastes in my mouth! I used to go to this restaurant when it was called ‘open door policy’ which was a gluten free restaurant with tons of vegan options. However I didn’t realize it became a new gluten free bistro with a meat intense menu. But since I was there I tried my luck and was surprised by how hard they tried to accommodate my diet preference. They made this fmdish with ingredients they had on the spot, and it was so scrumptious. #jaan #glutenfree
