Label says vegetarian but it appears to be 100% plant based. Medium spicy flavor in the curry sauce. Microwaveable in pouch takes 2 to 3 minutes. Can also be boiled in pouch. Can be mixed with rice or added to other bean/potato dishes. We used it as an alternative nacho topping (instead of now people traditionally prepare nacho cheese sauce with meat) avocado garnish shown in my photo is not included.
